CONFERENCE FEE:
For participants attending the World Assembly sessions (28 and 29 November)
the fee for 2 days is 130 USD
(which includes the community visit on 28 November, 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner on 29 November, lunches and tea breaks as well as conference materials)
If you're planning to attend both the World Assembly and the General Assembly (28, 29 and 30 November), the combined fee for 3 days is 190 USD (which includes additionally to the above GA materials, General Assembly Festive Dinner, lunch and tea breaks)

Conference registration will be scheduled for November 27th between 17:00 and 19:00 and on
November 28th between 08:00 and 09:00.

The venue for the World assembly will be the Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali.

We strongly recommend that you register as soon as possible in order to receive a dedicated booking link and to secure a room at this special rate, but also to receive a pre-payment invoice for your conference fee. Your participation in the conference will be confirmed once ICAE has received your payment.
Situated in South Kuta, Bali, beachfront Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali is located 10 minutes away from the International Airport and 15 minutes (2km) away from downtown Kuta. Kuta is a tourist hotspot with a buzzing beach scene, food stalls and souvenir Hawkers. It has vibrant streets lined with shops, restaurants, markets, cafes and bars. In the evenings, the area transforms into a colorful nightlife.
Nearby Attractions: Kuta Beach, sacred Uluwatu Temple, Vishnu statue in GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) Cultural Park, Segara Art Market.

E-CUSTOMS DECLARATION: All travelers are required to complete the E-Customs Declaration at ecd.beacukai.go.id before departure.
VISA: E-Visa on arrival should be bought in advance on the website https://indonesia.nl/en/visa/electronic-visa-on-arrival-e-voa-for-foreign-travellers. VISA APPLICATION LETTERS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST: secretariat@icae.global
AIRPORT: Ngurah Rai International Airport also known as Denpasar Airport (15 min from the venue)
AIRPORT PICKUP: Airport transfers will be arranged free of charge by the hotel - look for the name/sign - Holiday Inn Resort/Express Baruna Bali and for ICAE logo.
MONEY: The official currency of Indonesia is Rupiah. The currency code for Rupiahs is IDR, and the currency symbol is Rp. The exchange is roughly 1 USD = 15,000 IDR/ 1 EUR = 16,434.5 IDR
WEATHER: November is known as the shoulder season and is the best time to visit Indonesia. This is the transition month between the dry and wet seasons. The average highest temperature during that month is around 32 degrees Celsius, whereas the average lowest temperature is approximately 25 degrees Celsius.
ELECTRICITY: The standard voltage in Bali is a 230V supply voltage and a 50Hz standard frequency. In Bali and Indonesia you can expect the round 2 pin socket and plug as used in larger parts of Europe.
VACCINATIONS - No vaccinations are required for Indonesia or Bali. For traveling to rural areas, the standard vaccinations tetanus, diphtheria, hepatitis A and B, rabies and typhoid are recommended. Consult your doctor for more information. You should generally check your immunisations before every trip and update them if necessary.
TRAVEL INSURANCE - We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
TAXIS: The taxis in Bali are universally blue in color, so check for the Bluebird branding on the side of the car. Always ask for the meter to be engaged or negotiate the price first. Make sure to tip at least IDR10k, which is only $1.
